In the Shmuel Hanavi neighborhood, there are old, elongated buildings that house about 200 outdated public housing apartments built about 70 years ago, opposite the Jordanian enemy line.

A luxury neighborhood is planned in this complex that will incorporate innovative architecture, entirely designated for the ultra-Orthodox community, just a short distance from the luxury buildings in the Shamgar-Tnuva area. The project will feature over 500 apartments, commercial areas and services, public areas, parks and playgrounds, and synagogues of course.
